The company's purpose is to acquire and permanently manage participations in enterprises of all kinds and to finance the company's affiliated and related enterprises both domestically and abroad. It can trade in participations and real estate, conduct financial and leasing transactions, as well as conclude and mediate license agreements. Furthermore, the company can, by resolution of the board of directors, establish branches and agencies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also take all measures and carry out all activities that are suitable to promote or facilitate the achievement of the company's purpose.
