The company may assume mandates for technical consulting, commercial, financial and industrial consulting in the construction sector. The company may fulfill the functions of a general or total contractor. The company may, in relation to its purpose, acquire, own, manage and sell real estate; participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad; represent third parties, carry out activities and conclude agreements aimed at promoting the company's purpose, or which are directly or indirectly related to it.
