The management of an architectural office, consulting, planning, execution and direction of construction projects, local and regional urban planning, general construction contracting, preparation of expert opinions and estimates for real estate and construction, design and sale of furniture, buying and selling and promoting real estate (without LAFE subordination procedure, intended for the exercise of commercial and/or industrial activities pursuant to Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a LAFE), administration and brokerage of real estate, as well as any related activity. The company may participate in companies of any kind and carry out any operation aimed at achieving the direct or indirect purpose of the company in Switzerland and abroad.
