Trade, import and export, intermediation of products of all kinds, particularly electronic and mobile communication products of all kinds, in connection with the Swiss territory in particular. The company may also acquire, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participate in real estate, commercial or other companies with headquarters and/or activities in Switzerland and abroad. However, real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without LAFE subordination procedure) on the condition that the properties are intended for the exercise of an economic activity in accordance with Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a) LAFE. The company may manage and administer hotels, guesthouses, restaurants. The company may also develop, acquire, sell, receive and grant the use of technologies, technical know-how, industrial patents and industrial property rights in general, as well as carry out financial transactions.
