The company's purpose is to engage in all activities in the field of real estate in Switzerland and abroad, such as real estate development, buying and selling real estate, managing renovation projects, real estate brokerage, renting out real estate, enhancing and managing real estate, holding real estate or participating in real estate companies, except for any operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire or found them, merge with them, in general, conclude any contract, carry out any operation, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates and third parties, secure these loans by issuing mortgages and hypothecary securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
