The commercial operations involving all raw materials, products and goods, in particular in the field of diamonds. The Company is authorized to open and maintain national and foreign branches, to participate in other national or foreign companies, to represent third parties, to engage in business and to conclude agreements that are suitable to promote the purpose of the Company or that directly or indirectly fall within the scope of its activities. The Company may grant direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries as well as to third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, and may also provide guarantees of any kind for its own obligations and for the obligations of these other third parties (including its direct or indirect subsidiaries as third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries), including through pledges or fiduciary transfers of its assets or guarantees of any kind, whether with or without remuneration.
