The company's purpose is the acquisition, administration, holding and management of participations in all companies or commercial, financial, industrial or other enterprises, in Switzerland or abroad, as well as their financing, and all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may, in Switzerland or abroad, establish branches, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar companies, carry out all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related to it. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
