The company's purpose is the promotion, construction, purchase, sale, investment, management and brokerage in the real estate sector, as well as all operations related to real estate, with the exception of real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may participate, in any form, in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose (in Switzerland, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE). The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
