The company may: carry out any financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE; establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; provide financial assistance, including loans, advances, guarantees or securities of all kinds to its shareholders, affiliated companies or third parties.
