The company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, without geographical limitation, is the acquisition, sale, development, construction and renovation, management, promotion and brokerage, administration of condominium properties, expertise, consulting, ownership, development and operation of all types of land and buildings in accordance with the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); all financial and mortgage operations directly related to its purpose, as well as all operations directly or indirectly related to the acquisition of participations in any form. To this end, the company may engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests.
