The company's purpose is to operate a private transportation business, including luxury VTC driver services for high-end clients. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches, in general, engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates and third parties, secure these loans by assignment or pledge of mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
