The company's purpose is the direct or indirect purchase, sale, leasing, operation and maintenance of aircraft, as well as the creation of its own AOC (Air Operator Certificate) and cooperation with third-party AOCs. The company may participate in other undertakings, acquire, utilize, manage and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and perform all legal actions that may be necessary or suitable to promote the company's purpose or the development of group companies.
