The company's purpose is international trade, namely the purchase, production, sale, brokerage, transportation and distribution of coffee and all products related to coffee. The company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and conclude all contracts intended to develop its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
