The company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, is: all work in the field of interior or exterior carpentry, particularly in wood and PVC; the design, manufacture, and installation of all decorative adhesive products (including films, vinyl, heat-resistant and PVC) particularly using digital printing, cutting, gluing, and painting processes; the purchase, sale, leasing, rental, management, and direct or indirect participation by any means or in any form in all companies having the same or similar object or a related object. The company may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or analogous purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, and real estate transactions (except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE) and conclude all contracts directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose.
