The purpose of the company is the purchase and sale of computers, hardware devices and software programs, including the provision of services in the field of information technology, hardware and software solutions, hosting and management services for digital devices, as well as other IT services. It can establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, found subsidiaries, participate in related companies, acquire, hold, manage, encumber, utilize and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights, and furthermore carry out all legal transactions that may be necessary to achieve the company's purpose, in particular to grant financing to affiliated and other companies, provide securities of all kinds or otherwise secure or guarantee obligations of these companies.
