The company's purpose is to: - manufacture high-precision and high-speed milling machines for all materials, as well as thermoforming machines, - develop and install all necessary computer software for the use of all types of industrial machines, - produce, sell and install various parts transformed using milling machines and thermoforming machines. Furthermore, in Switzerland and abroad, the company may: - create branches or subsidiaries, take participations in, and more generally participate in, all companies and entities having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; - carry out, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, any operation directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote it, including acquiring, managing, operating and selling real estate (excluding operations subject to the authorization regime under the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE)); and - grant loans or any other form of financing and provide guarantees of all kinds, for the direct or indirect benefit of its shareholders, companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the company's assets.
