Swiss Financial Trust AG

A Swiss trust company offering general consulting services for custodial services to foreign companies and private individuals with assets in the countries of the European Union and the Asia-Pacific region. Activities that require a license from FINMA in the sense of the FINIG are explicitly excluded. Furthermore, the trust company can conclude all business and contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the trust company or are in direct or indirect connection with it. The company can acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. Business requiring authorization under the Federal Act on Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG) are excluded. It can also provide financing for its own account and for the account of third parties, as well as grant guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties.
