The Company's purpose is to invest in, acquire, and manage (acquire, hold, and dispose of) equity interests in Swiss or foreign companies, with the exception of companies and enterprises holding residential real estate in Switzerland. The Company may carry out all commercial, financial, real estate (excluding any operations prohibited by the LFAIE), movable property operations, and enter into all contracts directly or indirectly related to its purpose and promoting its development. It may also create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and acquire, hold, manage, and dispose of real estate (in Switzerland, real estate exclusively for commercial purposes) and intellectual property. The Company may also grant loans or any other form of financing to affiliated companies, as well as provide securities of all kinds, directly or indirectly for the benefit of affiliated companies (or third parties), in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges, or fiduciary transfers of the Company's assets.
