The company's purpose is to operate an electrical engineering business, including strong and weak current electrical installations, trade in all electrical appliances and analogous and complementary products, after-sales service, all electrical and engineering studies, assembly, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting and revision of all electrical installations and appliances, all computer and telecommunications cabling, solar installations and earthing installations, and all related services, any control, consulting and expertise activities in the field of electrical installations in compliance with the Ordinance on Low-Voltage Installations (OIBT). The company may engage in any financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable activities, directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote its realization, conclude contracts that are intended to develop its activities or are directly or indirectly related to them, receive products in the form of interest, commissions and dividends, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, take participations, acquire or create identical or similar businesses, participate in all businesses having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose. It may perform these operations for its own account or for the account of third parties. It may grant loans and provide guarantees in favor of any person, in particular its associates and managers.
