The company's purpose is the marketing, distribution, installation, management, and consulting in the field of telecommunications, information technology, the internet, and television. It can develop, acquire, operate, and market software, applications, websites, or digital platforms. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad, on its own account or on behalf of others. It may acquire, manufacture, lease or sublease, operate, and sell all real estate (in Switzerland: within the limits permitted by the LFAIE), patents, establishments, machinery, and materials that it deems necessary or useful for the achievement of its corporate purpose and carry out all related activities that promote the corporate purpose.
