The acquisition, promotion, administration and assistance in all financial, securities or real estate transactions, the latter to the extent that they are not subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE), in order to build, manage and operate a first-class medical and hotel establishment in Switzerland and Europe, as well as the execution of all commercial and legal transactions in direct or indirect relation to this purpose. The company is authorized to engage in international trade, particularly in the pharmaceutical and related industries, as well as the distribution, import, export, and representation of all accessories, optical, medical, paramedical, surgical and rehabilitation devices and equipment, and all products directly and indirectly related thereto. The company may also take participations by all direct or indirect means in all operations that can be related to its purpose by way of creation of new companies, subscription contributions or purchases of securities or social rights, mergers or other creations, acquisitions, leases, or lease-management of all business assets or establishments, the taking, acquisition, exploitation or disposal of all processes and patents related to these activities.
