The purpose of the association includes the following: promoting digitalization and innovation in the insurance sector; supporting the exchange of knowledge, skills and experience generated by Insurtech companies (based in Switzerland and other countries); promoting diversity and strengthening sustainable technological development. To achieve this goal, the association will: actively seek members with specific skills and interests in the Insurtech sector; provide curated matchmaking networking events, lecture series, pitch days and workshops for established companies, start-ups and investors; collaborate with universities and research institutions to provide state-of-the-art knowledge; promote and participate in events to pursue the institutional purpose. The association may engage in any other type of activity, as long as it is not profit-oriented and aims to achieve the purpose of the association. All profit-oriented initiatives will be carried out by external legal entities or entrepreneurs (and invoiced to them).
