The purpose of the company is: a) all services related to intercultural communication, integration, language learning and language proficiency testing; b) the operation of a language school and an examination center; c) all advice and support in the fields of education and career guidance for children and adults. Except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), the company may, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, movable and immovable transactions, participate in all enterprises or activities, establish branches or subsidiaries and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
