The purpose of the foundation is to provide occupational pension benefits beyond the statutory requirements for the employees and their dependents of the affiliated employers based in Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as companies) and for self-employed individuals against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death, as well as to support the pension beneficiary or their dependents in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment.
