Activities requiring a financial market license are excluded. The company may establish offices, branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may conduct business with related parties, in particular with its direct and indirect shareholders and other group companies, notably by granting loans to these persons or issuing guarantees, sureties or pledges to secure their liabilities.
