The purpose of the company is the distribution and marketing of financial instruments, particularly shares in collective investment schemes, in connection with insurance-linked strategies, as well as the management of and relationship management with investors and intermediaries. The company may participate in other companies and establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may engage in all commercial, financial and other activities that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose or directly promote it. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to third parties or companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, as well as to direct or indirect shareholders or companies in which such parties are directly or indirectly involved, either through loans and/or other financing, including under cash pooling agreements, with or without consideration. The company may provide securities of any kind for its own liabilities or the liabilities of the aforementioned persons, including through pledges, assignments, fiduciary transfers, guarantees of any kind or through netting agreements, with or without consideration, even if such financing, securities or guarantees are exclusively in the interest of third parties or companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, or of direct or indirect shareholders or companies in which such parties are directly or indirectly involved. The company does not aim, directly or indirectly, to acquire real estate in Switzerland or to manage real estate funds with Swiss real estate that require authorization under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG) of December 16, 1983.
