The purpose of the company is to acquire, hold, manage and dispose of real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as to acquire, hold and dispose of participations in domestic and foreign listed and unlisted capital and personal companies, which are primarily active in the real estate sector. The company may also acquire, hold and dispose of intellectual property rights, grant and take out loans, provide guarantees and other securities, in particular in favor of affiliated and related companies, even if these loans or securities are in the exclusive interest of the direct or indirect shareholders of the company or other group companies and are granted free of charge. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and conduct all other business that directly or indirectly promotes the aforementioned purposes.
