The purpose of the company is the design and issuance of financial products of any kind, whether listed or not. The company may also carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all commercial, financial, and movable or immovable property transactions, with the exception of all transactions prohibited by the LFAIE. The company also aims to acquire, hold, manage, administer, and dispose of holdings in companies or enterprises; the company may thus participate in the acquisition and administration of holdings, for its own account or for the account of third parties, in commercial or industrial enterprises, located in Switzerland or abroad, through the purchase of shares, bonds, stakes, holding of claims or any adequate form, acquisition of patents and trademarks. The company may also establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may act as a co-debtor, guarantor, and/or surety in favor of any third parties, notably in favor of all its direct or indirect affiliates, its direct or indirect parent companies as well as the direct or indirect subsidiary companies of the latter, with or without remuneration.
