The company's purpose is: a) to provide advice on the treatment of all urban, agricultural, industrial and construction waste, of any nature, their valorization, if necessary, their incineration or destruction; b) the purchase, sale, importation, exportation, handling and marketing in general of all recyclable products, of any material; c) the purchase, sale, importation, exportation, representation and marketing in general, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, of all goods, products and materials in direct or indirect relation to the treatment of urban, agricultural, industrial and construction waste, of any nature, and their valorization; d) all commercial and financial operations (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Law on Combating Money Laundering in the Financial Sector (LBA)), whether movable or immovable, in direct or indirect relation to the purposes described above and intended to promote its social interests; e) the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies with identical or similar purposes, as well as the creation of branches; f) the granting of loans or advances to its associates or third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by associates or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or other securities, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
