The company's purpose is the transportation of persons, the rental of professional vehicles, the transportation service for people with disabilities who can only use public transportation services with difficulty, as well as the trade of all products, in particular vehicles, and the operation of public establishments. The company may engage in all activities directly or indirectly related to its main purpose, in particular in the field of patents, licenses, trademarks or intellectual property rights. It may participate financially or in any other manner in all enterprises or companies pursuing a similar or related purpose to the company's main purpose. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, carry out all commercial, movable or immovable transactions and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it (with the exception of those prohibited by the LFAIE).
