The company's purpose is to establish, manage and represent the Swisscanto (CH) Private Equity Switzerland Growth II L-QIF KmGK, as well as to manage its assets and distribute the limited partnership interests of the Swisscanto (CH) Private Equity Switzerland Growth II L-QIF KmGK. The company is exclusively active as a general partner for the Swisscanto (CH) Private Equity Switzerland Growth II L-QIF KmGK. It may conduct all other business related to the company's purpose. The company's functions and tasks are derived from the Collective Investment Schemes Act (KAG), the Federal Council's ordinance (KKV) and the company agreement with the limited partners of the Swisscanto (CH) Private Equity Switzerland Growth II L-QIF KmGK. Furthermore, the provisions of the Collective Investment Schemes Ordinance-FINMA and the guidelines of the Asset Management Association Switzerland (AMAS) must be observed, insofar as they also apply to L-QIF pursuant to Art. 126b para. 2 and 3 KKV.
