The company's purpose, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), is: the acquisition, holding, financing, sale and transfer of participations in all Swiss and foreign companies and corporations; the holding, management and exploitation of patents, trademarks and licenses, manufacturing processes and intellectual property rights; all operations in the real estate sector, including in particular brokerage and management of all types of real estate; all advisory activities in the aforementioned fields as well as, in particular, in the healthcare sector. As a secondary purpose, the company may also, in Switzerland and abroad: engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; establish branches or subsidiaries; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests.
