The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, management and sale of interests in companies of any kind, in Switzerland or abroad, with the specification that the company may hold interests in real estate companies in Switzerland exclusively for commercial use. It may carry out all financial and commercial operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may grant loans or other financing to its shareholders (direct or indirect) or sister or affiliated companies, as well as provide any guarantees of any kind to secure the obligations of said shareholders and companies, including by creating pledges, by transferring the company's assets in trust or by issuing a guarantee.
