Swissstream (Schweizerischer Verband der Streaming Anbieter)

Swissstream (Swiss Association of Streaming Providers) aims to promote and protect the interests of users of copyrights and related rights throughout Switzerland. This includes, in particular: a) Representing the interests of its members to authorities, collecting societies, other market partners and the public; b) Coordinating the representation of its members in important bodies such as the Federal Arbitration Commission for the Exploitation of Copyrights and Related Rights; c) Conducting tariff negotiations with collecting societies for all tariffs related to the activities of the association's members; d) Concluding contracts with collecting societies regarding the compensation to be paid by its members for copyrights and related rights; e) Coordinating the payment of these compensations; f) Conducting legal proceedings to protect the interests of its members.
