The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, conclude contracts, grant loans and take all measures and conduct business that are suitable to promote or facilitate the purpose of the company directly or indirectly. It may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect parent companies and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, for consideration or free of charge, enter into indemnification obligations or subordination agreements in favor of such companies, and provide security of any kind for the liabilities of such other companies, for consideration or free of charge, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or by way of guarantees of any kind.
