Management and distribution of collective investment schemes; 6. Services in the field of corporate finance. To achieve its purpose, the company may engage in all types of banking, financial and IT transactions belonging to the operation of a bank, establish subsidiaries, branches and representations in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and buy, hold, manage, encumber and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad.
