The acquisition, holding, sale, management and administration of all participations in all companies or enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, with the specification that, with regard to participations in Swiss real estate companies, the company may only hold participations in real estate companies owning buildings with exclusively commercial use. The company may participate in other enterprises, acquire or establish enterprises with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all financial or commercial transactions, movable or immovable, in direct or indirect relation to its purpose. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant or guarantee loans or advances to its shareholders, related parties or subsidiaries.
