The purpose of the company is to reinsure corporate risks of Syngenta AG and its group companies as well as other companies in which Syngenta AG or its group companies hold majority participations as a captive reinsurance company, including all necessary and permitted commercial transactions and activities that the Board of Directors considers to be in the interest of the company. The company may establish branches, agencies and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may acquire, encumber, exploit and sell real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad.
