The company's purpose is: a) the purchase, sale, import, export, manufacture, processing and marketing in general of all goods or products of everyday consumption, Swiss or foreign, of all foodstuffs or related to food and all household goods, in any form whatsoever; b) all advice in the field of consumer products; c) the purchase, sale, import, export, manufacture, study, development, production, installation, installation, provision and marketing in general of all equipment as well as all renewable energies, in particular those from photovoltaic and thermal solar panels; d) all commercial and financial operations (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Law on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (LBA), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, in direct or indirect relation to the purposes described above and likely to promote its social interests; e) the acquisition of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or analogous purposes, as well as the creation of branches; f) the granting of loans or advances to its associates or to third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by associates or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or others, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
