The company's activities include translation services, interpretation services such as simultaneous, consecutive, negotiation, whispering, transcription, as well as coordination and management of interpreter teams, organization and management of corporate services. The company may also acquire, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participate in companies and enterprises, including real estate companies, with headquarters and/or activities in Switzerland and abroad. However, real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without LAFE subjection procedure) if the properties are intended for the exercise of an economic activity in accordance with Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a) LAFE. The company may also carry out all commercial and financial transactions deemed necessary or useful and functionally connected with the company's purpose.
