The foundation aims to support organizations dedicated to animal welfare, environmental protection, and nature conservation. The beneficiaries shall be defined and regularly invited by the foundation board to submit project- and/or task-related donation requests. Regular 'basic payments' shall also be made to the beneficiaries. The contributions made by the foundation shall be used to carry out events, scientific research, political engagement, exhibitions, and similar activities that serve the purpose of the foundation. In principle, the foundation provides contributions to fulfill its purpose from the returns on capital. It can also make contributions that exceed the return on foundation assets, thereby leading to the consumption of foundation assets. The foundation has a non-profit character, does not aim to make a profit, and does not pursue any commercial purpose. The foundation is active throughout Switzerland within the scope of its purpose, but can also support activities abroad.
