The acquisition, holding, management, administration, direction and disposal of interests in all companies and/or businesses both in Switzerland and abroad, excluding interests in any company whose purpose is the acquisition of non-commercial real estate in Switzerland; active participation in the management of the group's policy, consisting of all subsidiaries and sub-subsidiaries of the company, and control of its subsidiaries, and, if necessary and solely within the group, provision of all management, administrative (including administrative, financial, accounting, commercial, IT, management or other) services to companies having capital links with the company, direct or indirect; creation, acquisition, rental, lease management of all business assets, leasing, installation, operation of all establishments, business assets related to one or more of the specified activities above. The company may: create branches or subsidiaries both in Switzerland and abroad (through the creation of new companies, contributions, subscriptions, acquisitions or exchanges of securities, bonds, rights or social assets, mergers or otherwise, as well as through current accounts or shareholder loans, short and long term); participate in all businesses having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans, advances or guarantees to subsidiaries, shareholders or third parties; take, acquire, operate or dispose of all processes, patents and intellectual property rights related to these activities; and more generally, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all securities, economic, legal, financial, commercial, civil and industrial transactions both in Switzerland and abroad, which may relate directly or indirectly to any of the above-mentioned objects and to all similar or related objects or which may promote their extension or development in any form.
