The research, development, design, production, consulting, organization, management, promotion, import, export, rental and marketing on its own account and/or on behalf of third parties of any kind of product and/or service in the field of electronics, computer science, internet, telephony, telecommunications in general, e-commerce both in Switzerland and abroad. The company is authorized to establish branches, affiliated companies, foundations and may participate in other companies or merge with them, or collaborate with third parties in any way both in Switzerland and abroad. The company's activity may take place in whole or in part, also indirectly, through the conclusion of suitable contracts with third parties. The company may also acquire, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participate in real estate companies and enterprises, commercial or of another kind with headquarters and/or activity in Switzerland and abroad. However, real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies and enterprises with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without LAFE subordination procedure) on the condition that the properties are intended for the exercise of an economic activity in accordance with Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a LAFE. The company is also empowered to contract loans for its own use and/or to achieve its social purpose.
