The company's purpose is to produce photographs or videos, as well as all activities related to the field of visual arts, and the trade of all products. The company may: engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create agencies, branches, subsidiaries, in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, the company may conclude loan agreements with its shareholders, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this favors its interests. It may carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to its main purpose.
