TAS Entertainment Verein

The association aims to support and promote the project The Alpen Studio, a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) between Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts HSLU and private partners for the establishment and operation of a film studio with all related services, particularly also the production of its own films. In the first phase, the association takes over the coordination of the preparation for the foundation of the corresponding TAS company or companies, particularly also by concluding contractual obligations that will be transferred to the TAS company upon its foundation. The association may award contracts to third parties for the fulfillment of its tasks, regardless of whether these third parties are direct or indirect members of the association. The association is politically and denominationally neutral.
