The company's purpose is to perform all services in the field of business consulting, in particular administrative and accounting management, monitoring and consulting in the areas of finance, accounting and mergers and acquisitions. The company may pursue its purpose through all operations - especially through all contracts - without limitation: regarding their location - in Switzerland or abroad; regarding their object - whether it concerns material property (movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE) or intellectual property or services; regarding their execution - whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors.
