The company's purpose is the acquisition, establishment, holding, administration, management and disposal of participations, as a holding company, in all companies and consortia of various economic sectors and mobile, real estate, industrial, commercial, medical, dental and financial affairs, as well as to make investments. In general, the company may carry out all commercial, financial, mobile and real estate transactions (excluding transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or relating directly or indirectly thereto; it may participate in companies or enterprises with a similar or other purpose and establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, as well as grant and obtain loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties.
