The company's purpose is to hold and manage shareholdings in commercial, technological, financial or real estate companies, in Switzerland and abroad, as well as investing in tangible and intangible assets, asset management, strategic consulting, and all activities directly or indirectly related thereto, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out all financial, commercial or industrial operations, tangible and intangible, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties, if this promotes its interests. It may, in Switzerland or abroad, create branches and subsidiaries, take shareholdings in other companies, acquire or create similar or related enterprises, carry out all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. It may also acquire, operate and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE).
