The provision of support services directly or indirectly related to the performance of entertainment activities, with particular reference to the sports sector; the activity of assisting in the improvement and optimization of the athlete's sports potential and respecting their autonomy, safeguarding their artistic, cultural and sports contribution, avoiding any abuse that may harm the athlete's identity, dignity and reputation; the activity of assistance with a mandate without representation in favor of or in the interest of the athlete in the conclusion of the contract, assisting them in the activity aimed at defining, duration, compensation and any other contractual agreement with sports companies, Italian and non-Italian, in compliance with the provisions and regulations issued by the various sports federations and organizations, national and international; the activity of assistance and support in the logistical arrangement of the athlete in order to contribute to the resolution of personal and family problems; the promotional-advertising management of the image rights and name of Italian or foreign athletes, and of anything else related or connected; the activity of assistance and support in favor of the athlete in the management of legal and non-legal disputes, in the management of credit recovery; the activity of assistance and support in favor of the athlete directly or through professionals appointed for the management of insurance, administrative, financial, commercial, real estate, tax and social security issues; the activity of assistance in favor of sports companies to facilitate the registration and/or transfer of contracts related to athletes; the organization of meetings and any other occasion of sports encounter and professional comparison on themes connected to the scientific and psychological deepening of sports-related issues; the management of professional sports courses financed by the region or other public or private entities; the organization and management, also abroad, of structures aimed at the practice and dissemination of sports; the organization and management, directly and as a partner of a pool, of spectacular events with national and international social, sports and cultural significance; the purchase, management and maintenance of sports facilities, structures and equipment; the wholesale and retail trade of sports materials and equipment, also through forms of computerized or telematic distribution; any other activity connected, accessory and complementary to those indicated above. The company may also carry out, in a instrumental way, any commercial, industrial, mobile and real estate activity also abroad, deemed necessary or useful for the achievement of the company's purpose. The company can also create and assume interests directly or indirectly, or participate in other companies or enterprises or entities with a similar or related or connected object to its own. The Company may carry out all commercial, industrial, economic, financial and banking, mobile and real estate operations necessary and/or useful for the achievement of the company's purpose. The Company may participate in public tenders or activate forms of financing for the purpose of obtaining contributions or financing aimed at the realization of projects.
