Execution of professional services that fall within the field of an IT consulting company, particularly: consulting, design, development, implementation and training on proprietary and/or third-party IT solutions aimed at ensuring the confidentiality, availability and integrity of information within client organizations; development of research programs on innovative topics in the field of security and IT systems, framed within institutional programs or on technologies of specific interest to user companies, applying research results to the needs expressed by companies; training of personnel employed for research purposes for professional integration into the company's staff; distribution of software and/or hardware solutions purchased from third parties; drafting of articles, publications and technical documentation in general, organization and participation in events, seminars, courses, lessons aimed at promoting knowledge in the field of information security and standard methodologies related to it; the company may carry out activities that are directly related to the aforementioned corporate purpose. The purchase of real estate in Switzerland is excluded, except in the case of properties intended for the exercise of an economic activity. The company may carry out any industrial, commercial, financial (the latter not in a prevailing manner, including the acquisition of participations or interests in other companies, only in a instrumental manner and in any case not towards the public) credit, securities and real estate operations, directly or indirectly connected to the implementation of the aforementioned object, including the granting of real or personal guarantees, leasing (also financial, as lessee) all provided that it is functionally and directly aimed at the realization of the activity as programmed above.
